Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Workmanship seems to be flawless. No paint flaws, tight neck pocket, no stripped screws, no loose tuners, etc. Guitar is well assembled.

Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
After setup I can get 3/64th action @ 17 and still have a nice clean chime. Smallish neck but it's fairly fast.
|
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
50's pups are a bit darker/fatter to my ears. Rosewood fretboard may lend to that. Splitting the HB still gives a nice quack in position 4. Full HB still has a bit of quack.
