| My go to guitar |
| Quality |
| Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? |
| The only issue I had with my guitar is the pickup toggle was drilled a little to close to the edge so the washer sits on the wood a little, but its not a huge deal. |
|
| Reliability |
| How has it stood up over time? |
| everytime I place this guitar in my hands it feels perfect. I use many tunings, back and forth, it ends up being hard on the strings but the guitar doesnt mind one bit |
|
| Overall |
| Your general opinion of this product. |
| I love jazzmasters, I love simplicity, this is perfect. I enjoyed it so much I bought the Lee Ranaldo modle too |
|
| Playability and Feel |
| How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? |
| nice neck feel, not too thin, but not baseball bat style, fretboard radius and frets match well |
|
| Tone |
| Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? |
| tone is a little limiting, volume, three wat toggle... I prefer that, but many players like options... I like to have volume up, tone off and pickup selection be the only tone factor, perfect for me. |
|
| Finish |
| How did the stain or paint job look? |
| i love this finish. looks good indoors and outside on staged. the pickguard is way fun. comes with stickers too if youre into that sorta thing |
|
| Action |
| How was the action out of the box? |
| played great in standard tuning, then i detuned it, over and over. the action has held up well |
