General
What is your overall opinion of this product?
I've never played a Fender Strat as I've always loved Gibson LPs. However this one is amazingly easy to play, with excellent finish and outstanding highs, with the great reputation of it's "twangy" sound, it's going to be a keeper.. I highly advice anyone who hasn't owned a Fender Strat to try this model, and you won't be disappointed!!
Quality
What is your opinion of the quality of this product? How does it work for different genres of music?
Excellent quality, finish is professionally laid out, every detail of the guitar speaks of high quality craftsmanship!
Feel
Heavy, fast, chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Great feel, specially with someone who has little fingers (like me), fast, and smooth throughout.
Tone
How is the tone? Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick or thin?
Bright and snappy...which is what I love about this guitar. Different pick-up combinations provide numerous tone output.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Excellent finish throughout the guitar.
Value
Did you get what you were expecting for the price? How does it compare to similar products in the same price range?
Best value for the money!! I've always wanted an American Strat, but could not afford the regular price, but this one just hit the mark on my wallet!!
Playability
How was the action out of the box?
Action was perfect out of the box, which was surprising. Although I managed to adjust the bridge a bit to my own preference, it still came out of the box better than I expected.
