| Quality |
| Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? |
| the guitar is flawless, pulled it out of the box and it was set up and in tune. |
|
| Reliability |
| How has it stood up over time? |
| only had it about a month but seems solid and at this price it should be! |
|
| Overall |
| Your general opinion of this product. |
| so far i'm loving everything about the guitar. plays great, sounds great, looks great! |
|
| Playability and Feel |
| How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? |
| the main reason i went with the american deluxe over any other tele was the compound radius neck its awesome, not as fast as a jackson but still great. with the micro tilt neck and the fret board i've got this thing dialed in. |
|
| Tone |
| Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? |
| pickups have a very balanced sound and with the s-1 switching you can get that "tele sound" or push the knob to get a fuller humbucker sound. bright cleans, crunch leads! |
|
| Finish |
| How did the stain or paint job look? |
| the paint was a lot darker than i thought. the picture makes the pearl look a lot brighter when i got it i was pleasantly surprised with the warmer tone of the pearl. i was a little disappointed with the fretboard it was much lighter in color than the picture made it look. i would've gone with the maple board if i would've known the rosewood was so light. |
|
| Action |
| How was the action out of the box? |
| low low low! no buzz either great guitar. |
