Best Bang For The Buck!
General
Your general opinion of this product.
Absolutely the best bang for the buck! I've been buying and playing the Mexican Classic Series Tele's since '99 when they first came out. Except for the finish, they remind me of original 60's & 70's Tele's that I used to have. If your going for the vintage look and feel, look no further. These babies are it!
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Extremely well made. This guitar will last you a lifetime.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
I'm 52 and have been playing Tele's since the 70's. The tone of these guitars is exactly what you would expect from a vintage Fender. REAL bright and REAL snappy...exactly why I love them. You can adjust the tone knob on the guitar and you amp to get a darker tone if you want, but if you want Cash, Dwight Yoakam, and Buck Owens...this is it!
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
I ordered the Olympic White Tele. Classic looks. Classic style.
