Product Description

The Fender Standard Stratocaster Satin Electric Guitar offers a striking look thanks to distinct color options wrapped in a satin urethane body finish! If you are looking for a Strat that has something a little different, look no further! Fender crafts this guitar with an alder body, maple neck with a comfortable Modern C profile and satin urethane back finish. The 9.5 inch-radius rosewood fingerboard has 21 medium jumbo frets.

The combination of three Standard single-coil pickups with five-way switching gives the Standard Strat Satin that classic tone that put the Strat on the map! A vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge and a black pickguard and control knobs put the final touches on this distinct Fender Strat.

Surprisingly good for an inexpensive MIM Strat.
What is your overall opinion of this product?
Like the headline says, I feel this is a surprising good guitar for an inexpensive MIM Strat.
What is your opinion of the quality of this product? How does it work for different genres of music?
Quality is on par with, if not better than other non USA made guitars.
Heavy, fast, chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Feels like a good mid level Strat after about two hours of set up work.
How is the tone? Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick or thin?
Tone is fine for a practice guitar. I'm not using it to record or for live playing.
How did the stain or paint job look?
The finish is really nice!
Did you get what you were expecting for the price? How does it compare to similar products in the same price range?
I got exactly what I was expecting.
How was the action out of the box?
Horrible out of the box. - That's not a bad thing two hours of set up work made it a sweet player.
