Quality: Shame on FENDER for selling this as a work bench!Oncs u take it out the tube you,ll never get that FOAM BENCH back in that tube without balling it all up!
Reliability: My work bench TORN the 2nd time i used it! People, i understand for the value u get what u pay for but,the only thing your getting for your money is the tube that go under the neck of the guitar! and the fender logo on the FOAM! GIVE ME A BREAK FENDER!
Overall: Its not worth what they r asking for it.You can make a better o ne yourself and it wouldnt cost what your giving Fender for it.I dont like to see Big name brand companys bu__sh__ people like this!

Quality: Yes, this product is very dependable. It prevents scratches when cleaing on it re-stringing your guitar it is the best thing yet that they have come out with.
Reliability: the mat doesnt slide when you are cleaning it like when using the tripod with a towel under neath it, the guitar would slide when you werent looking
