Awesome 62 If you looking for a strat this is the one!!
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Besides the Custom Shop Fenders this Strat is right up there. Cream of the crop. Very dependable never had any problems with it.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Have had it over a year and it still plays as good as when i first got it.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I always wanted a 1962 reissue but when i heard about these Hot Rod ones i just had to try it and i'm glad i did.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Chunky the necks on these a Fat. Super comfortable to play once you get used to it. Seems to resonate and sustain alot more and better than a Standard Strat.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The Tone is awesome. Probably because of the extra wood coming from the thick neck. Sounds amazing.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Flawless. I got mine in 3 tone sunburst. Always wanted it in that color and it didn't fall short of amazing.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The action was okay. I still had mine setup and after that it plays like butter. Very comfortable guitar.
