Subject:I dub thee "Dirty Girl."
Quality: When I pulled the guitar from the box, and looked at the the Fender etched in gold, I knew this was made with care and the craftmanship was immediately evident. This is a "workin' man's guitar and it's built to last.
Reliability: I had this guitar for one week. I was playing an outside street venue, and somehow caught my foot in the cable. It landed on it's face, full force. I could not bring myself to look. Once I got over the shock, I noticed a scratch on the E tuning key. That key took the full force of the hit. I have been playing it since 8/09, and have never had a problem. I might add, I'm hard on guitars, in that I have a heavy touch. This guitar plays impeccably and has been a real joy to own. I really did not expect this guitar to have the balls it has. I've also not had any problem with the switch in the volume knob. I thought that would be the first to go...so far....nothing but kudos for 'dirty girl.'
Overall: I have a Gibson Les Paul, Gibson dot neck 335, G&L Legacy and play the phat strat exclusively. I would recommend this guitar to everyone.
Playability and Feel: The neck is really easy to get used to. Again, I can't bring myself to play anything else. Controls are easy to learn...and it true what is said about the different sound you can get from this guitar.
Tone: There are several tones you get from experimenting with the set up Fender has on this beast. I am able to play jazz, rock, and country. I would recommend a fender bassman or marshall to go along with this guitar. It can be a little bright! But very easy to control.
Finish: The finish looked like you could stick your hand in the guitar. I got the Olympic Pearl. It was a good choice. As from the statement above, the finish can take a beating.
Action: The action was supreme. I have never had it adjusted. I did switch from the fender bullets to the D'Addrio strings of the same guage.

Subject:Fender Perfection
Quality: Beautiful detail and craftsmanship.
Reliability: Just bought it but it seems even tighter than my 93' Plus.
Overall: Tons of usable tone; the S1 switching system in no gimick. Very pedal friendly; just roll it off slightly to get clean rhythym through any TS-type overdrive.
Playability and Feel: I don't know what I could add to describe Fender necks; they're what everthing else is compared to.
Tone: Best factory pickups yet! I thought I'd never find a set better than the Lace Sensors for my style and taste but these are awesome.
Finish: I took a chance on the amber finish and was not disappointed. I wanted something different. People WILL ask about this one; the wood grain shows through and it looks three foot deep.
Action: Intonation was perfect out of the box; I just tuned it up and lost myself for an hour. Maybe the action could have been lower but that's just a personal preference.

Subject:Super Tone Strat !!!
Quality: Excellent build.
Reliability: Strats are tough and always hold up forever.
Overall: I have owned over a dozen strats because they are well built and have excellent tone.
Playability and Feel: It's a strat that is all needs to be said !!!
Tone: The HSS with the S1 switching gives you tons of tone variables. It is like a Strat and a Les all in one.
Finish: Perfect finish.
Action: I always adjust everything with the string tensioned and re-adjust for a week of break in.

Subject:Another Great Guitar From Fender
Quality: Perfect ,straight out of the box. Only change I made was the strings.
Reliability: This is my 2nd american deluxe and the first on is still just as great as it was 9 years ago. I've had this one a couple of days and its as sweet as the first one.
Overall: Great guitar , great sound and fantastic playability. It feels like an old friend.
Playability and Feel: Maple neck is fast and the tones from the s-1 switch are amazing. the only complaint is the s-1 switch sticks until you play with it a little. Now it works fine
Tone: great tone love the humbucker.
Finish: Finish is brilliant I bought the olympic pearl
Action: Great action no adjustments needed

Subject:Get this you will not be disappointed
Quality: This is Fender quality. You will have this guitar for years.
Reliability: I just got it few days ago and was sick so only played briefly but it was hard to put it down.
Overall: I love this guitar and glad I bought it. A friend (who was in band for years and has played over 20 years) said the guitar is one of the best he has come across. Said if get tired of it bring it by and he will take it off my hands if only for a few hours!!...LOL
Playability and Feel: The guitar feels light and well balanced.
Tone: The tone is unbelievable. Fender thru and thru. With the 5-way pickup switch you can change that as your mind see fit.
Finish: The photo online does not do justice the the actual guitar.
Action: Action was great. Tuned it and ready to go. No further setup needed. Of course new strings had to tune more often but that is to be expected til they are broken in.
Skill Level: Beginner
