The normal level is the low end but when you drive it with distortion thats when the pickups really shine the growl is very nice me like it!! Reliability: Good qaulity basic tunners bridge and so on but what you want is the wood and these MIM teles are made from fine wood and like all fender and squire guitars the wood used and treated is the key for sound as the guitar ages. Overall: Overall i love this guitar it has never had any problems since day one and i dont think it ever will this is truly a very multi use guitar. Playability and Feel: Easy to play almost like your on automatic when playing a fender, why they even sell the guitars that look old and broken in is a joke to me i want to age the guitar myself and feel the changes they go thru with time. Tone: Like i said with the 5 way switch you can go from Vintage Tele sound to a very strat sounding guitar to a nice bottom filled sound i love it. Finish: Again the wood is where all the guitars made by the fender company stands above others you can hear it age with grace. Action: Action has always been right on and if not its so easy to adjust even an monkey could adjust it.
