Subject:GREAT AMP!
Quality: This is one solid amp and isnt so heavy as to kill you to move it. The 10 inch speaker is a bit weak, so I put a Emminence Ragin Cajun 10" speaker. Then yanked the Electro harmonix 6L6 (not 6V6 tubes in the Specs.) and replaced them with Groove Tube 6V6 Golds rated at 5 as well as a Mullard 12AX7 preamp tube. There are TONS of Mod Ideas on the Fender forums website on this model. It is becoming very popular since it was introduced last November.
Features: You can dial up pretty much any sound you wish, but being a tube amp youll have to play with your tube combinations. The lighter the rating in your 6V6 set the sweeter. Every thing works and you can tell the difference in each modeling feature. I prefer to use the clean channel most of the time with my own pedals.
Sound: VERY NICE! You get this thing humming and the harmonics coming out of it will blow you away. PERFECT for practice and home recording. You cant beat the flexibility of this little amp.
Reliability: I had to replace a tube since I got it in November 07. I attribute this to the amp not having a Standby switch. I left it on over night several times accidently and the primary 6V6 went burned out.
Overall: Guys this is no joke, the Super Champ XD is an incredible little amp that has big sound. If you do some modifying of it and find your own combination you will never want another practice or home recording amp. If youre a beginner THIS will make you sound good as you progress through your lessons.
Value: For a 10" practice / recording tube amp with modeling features? Youd have to be brain dead not to choose FENDER, the premier US Amplifier manufacturer. The Super Champ is worth every dime I paid for it.

Quality: Haven't owned it long enough to really say but I am very pleased with the amp
Features: lots of useable affects and a good clean sound with a sweet clear voice
Sound: Removed the Chinese Grove Tubes and replaced them with a set of Ruby tubes and the sound is much sweeter and much cleaner. Get a set of Ruby Tubes when you order this amp...it's the best mod you could ever do to this amp..really brings it to life
Reliability: So far so good
Overall: A good little amp...add the Ruby Tubes and you'll have one of the nicest little amps you could own..makes a world of difference in tone and definetly worth the upgrade..you'll be glad you changed them..and you'll be amazed at the step up in sound quality. Turned a good amp into a GREAT amp!
Value: Worth more than what they're sold for..especially with the tube change...gives this amp killer tone and amazing clean sound
