Subject:Best Value Out There
Quality: Yes, very weel made and a tight neck joint.
Sound: Fantastic - after the proper set up of course. Nice variety of tones -that's why the stratocaster remains popular.
Reliability: Its still new, but I predict it to be rock solid fro many year(if you don't throw it around like a toy or tossit in the swimming pool).
Overall: First, before starting to play any new musical instrument - set it up to your liking / feel. This is critical. I locked down the bridge straight away. So, YES, mine stays in tune very well. I also put a fresh set of Daddario strings on it. That helped too, but remember to stretch out out the strings and play it a day later after retuning. Some very sweet sounds can be created with this SE strat. Many folks complain about the standard pickups shipped with new guitars. I disagree. Adjusting the pickups to the proper distance to the strings makes a world of difference in your tone. The amp, however, does only what its supposed to do. Its only a practice amp. Not all that great for getting great tone. But you can trade up later.
Playability and Feel: Just what you would expect from a strat - average weight. Smooth neck playability. Mine had some factory dings in the back of the neck; but if I start to mess with it trying to remove them, I would only make matters worse; so its okay.
Tone: Typical but flexible sounding pickups. No complaints.
Finish: Wonderful.
Action: Needed some adjustment, but not bad.
Skill Level: Semi-Pro

Quality: this guitar is bomb. I love da colore, i got the artic white. and it just, ios beatuful. however, it scrathches easily, and in daylight the scratches are too visible.
Reliability: like always fender is awsome quality. I had it for osme time, but it hasnt shown any singn that it would break down soon. It has a few scrathches, since i like to rock around the house, and the scrathches are too visible
Overall: its good, im twelve, and i am beginning to play, my instruvture got it for me, and it rocks ill be the next "world best guitarist, and guitar player"!!!?
Playability and Feel: the sound isn't so rock like. it is heavy and thin but awsome, the neck is dusty, no, but fine
Tone: the pickups were hot, like awsome hot, im a girl, right, so i have da white one, and its brohgt man, which is attractive, my sis is ten, and she got da sunburst, and dosent shine as much as mine
Finish: da white is fantastic!??????
Action: well it didnt come w earphone so i called and im gettin some, so make sure u call to check if eargones r coming

Subject:AMS has excellent customer service via Email.
Quality: Despite it not being USA made, it's built fine. The only thing I don't like isn't with the guitar but the silly electronic tuner. It says it's a "digital" quarts tuner, yet it uses an analog meter with a swinging *needle* that swings all over the place if you move it around too much. It was a pain in the ass to use. And it uses a 9volt battery. Who the hell uses 9v anymore?
Reliability: Idaknow, I've only had it for less than a week. It hasn't fallen apart yet!
Overall: I had to wait nearly a month from ordering to get this guitar since the Sunburst was on back order practically all over the internet. The website here said the sunburst model would come with headphones, but it didn't. But AMS is shipping me some headphones due to this error. Awesome!
Playability and Feel: I'm more used to acoustic guitars, this is my first electric. So it feels heavy and thin but it's supposed to be like that.
Tone: The high E and B strings don't sound right. I should probably get some new strings. Unfortunately this package didn't come with another set of new strings.
Finish: Awesome finish, the pick guard has a red textured finish (Sunburst), looks brown in the pics. Also I got a dark wood fretboard.
Action: Action was fine but down the neck I noticed the action was longer, so I'll need to make some bridge adjustments.
Skill Level: Beginner
