Like any product you have to take care of it, but it looks to be built very well.

What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
More inputs would be great as I said I plug a small mixer into the aux in and the sound is phenomenal. This system can handle our load without any trouble. The included microphone is great for the occasionally intoxicated that just has to sing with us, as we don't like to hand out our sm58's that we use for vocals. The mike stand is top notch as is the CBI cable.

How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be?
No manual in package but didn't need one, pretty much plug and play. I bought this because a buddy and me play acoustics on the weekends and this seemed great for the type of settings (small parties, less than 100 people). I also purchased a small mixer and plug it into the aux in for the guitars and then use the 2 inputs on the pa for mics.
Sound
How is its Tone?
The sound we get is crystal clear. If you are hesitant to buy this because of tone issues don't be, also the loudness of the unit is very good as well, it can be heard very well and clear in large room.
