Gator’s molded guitar and instrument cases are made of the finest ABS plastic with ultra-strong extruded aluminum valance. Unique to Gator is a through-bolted system that attaches the exterior plastic to the interior foam, making this case much more rugged than other manufacturers’ plastic cases. The interior is designed to keep your instrument safe with EPS foam creating support for the neck and a thick plush interior that delicately protects the instrument. These cases also have an interior pocket and triple plated chrome locking latches. Warranty Information for Gator Products
The people at Gator are proud of their products and want you to be proud to use them. If there is any defect, they will be happy to replace or repair it for you.

The warranty is good for the first owner and will cover any damages or problems that occur through the normal use of the product. Unfortunately, this does not cover things like using your case as a speed bump, tossing it from high buildings, or leaving it outside during a hurricane.

Please keep your receipt so that you have proof of purchase or register your case with the registration card that came with it so that they have you on record. Quality: Compared to other plastic cases this seems to be of an equivalent quality. Of importance is the fact that each half of the aluminum valance lined up and it closed/sealed without any problem.
Sound: Sounds like a good deal!
Reliability: Don't know yet. Too little time in my possession. Seems sturdy as plastics go and the hardware seems well attached.
Overall: Overall it's a great case. Plenty of padding. I bought this case for a Gibson LP double cutaway.The fit of the body is excellent! Because my LPDC has a thinner body than a LP Standard/Deluxe the neck did NOT get adequate support. I simply added a small towel under the body to support the body at an angle where the neck now gets full support and it's handy to wipe my guitar down before putting it back in the case. The accessory box under the neck is adequate for string packs, picks, string winder and any other small junk you want to toss in there. I gave it 4 stars only because of the metal feet.
Playability and Feel: Though a large case it feels amazingly light.
Tone: Dark
Finish: It's a highly textured finish compared to similar products from other manufacturers which should be good at avoiding the inevitable scratches, gouges and assorted dings as well as easy to clean off accumulated grime.
Action: It opened right up and swallowed my guitar.
