Ease of Use
Ok but not awesome
Your general opinion of this product.
Overall for the price range, I really can't complain much,as these are cheap and they get the job done. However, be warned these are not made to last and they will break even with very mild use or general listening conditions.
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
To be entirely honest, this product is not made well at all. Very cheaply constructed and the design is not well thought out. The sliding rails that allow for head adjustment have very large amounts of stress on them due to the shape of the headphones, and they will crack and break apart a relatively short time after purchase. They only lasted me a little over a year. They do have padding, and the sound quality is actually not bad. However, be warned, if you wear glasses, these are not for you. They will pinch the sides of your head and make listening for extended periods unpleasant. I will however note that they have a detachable coil cord with a 1/4" adapter that screws on - which in all fairness is a good feature to have.
Ease of Use
How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be?
Well, it's a pair of headphones, and it's pretty much idiot proof. There isn't a manual that comes with it to my knowledge, and if you can operate an iPod you can probably handle this - just be aware this is not the ideal thing out there for mixing.
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
I will say that this product folds away nicely and is good for storing away in smaller spaces for those of you who don't have huge amounts of space or just want to listen or mix in your apartment (or any similarly confined quarters). The detachable cord and screw-on 1/4" adapter are a nice additional feature.
Was this item an overall good value?
When I bought this is was about the same (probably a bit higher) than what is shown here. I guess I got what I payed for, but in the future I'm definitely not going to buy this.
