The Gibson EDS-1275 was new in 1958. Finally, guitarists could, for the first time, switch from a six-string to a twelve-string - without changing instruments! The EDS-1275 adopted the SG body style in 1962 and remains the ultimate in a doubleneck guitar. Features include a mahogany body; 4 Alnico humbuckers; a 1960, Slim Taper maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard; and chrome hardware. Includes a Gibosn hardshell case.
