    Great guitar at great price
    Product Rating
What is your opinion of this product?
This is an outstanding guitar. When I first plugged it into my amp and played a few chords I fell in love with it. The classic Les Paul sound, especially when played through my '65 Reissue Fender Twin Reverb, gives me goose bumps. The quality of the finish and the feel of the neck are outstanding. The tone is just what I expected from a true Gibson Les Paul. It's a great playing guitar and a dream come true for me. Thank you Gibson an American Musical Supply !!!

    Unbelievable Gibson for the money!
What is your opinion of this product?
This Gibson Les Paul had everything I wanted in a LP. 60's neck, ABR bridge, Nickel hardware, Plan top, (mine has some Birdseye over the top.) and nice figure. It's nicely different from the flame tops. I like the Graph Tech nut, 57 classic pickups, full gloss ice tea burst finish with cream binding. It's a very nice mix of the traditional and classic LP rolled into one. Great classic tone and a dream to play. I even like the G-force, which you can use manually. This is one impressive guitar for the money! I can't believe they haven't sold out of these.

    Best LP for the money
What is your opinion of this product?
I have been waiting for Gibson to reissue the LP Classics of the 90s for a while and was actually in the market for a used 90s Classic when I came accross this guitar. I have another LP, a Signature T model from 2013. This guitar beats the 2013 in quality. The 2013 was heavy at 11.3lbs and had a small gap in the binding where the small e string would get stuck. After hearing all the bad things about the 2015 Gibsons I was a little hesitant in getting this guitar but seeing as how this guitar has none of the new 2015 gimmicks and is a return to specs of the older 90s Classics I decided to give it a shot. Let me say that this guitar is awesome. The weight of mine is a very manageable 9.2lbs and resonates like a true LP should. The 57 pickups are my personal favorites and do not disappoint. The old school bridge and stop bar really make this guitar stand out and sustain. I actually like the g-force tuners as well. I really can't believe how many people rip on these things but I find it very useful especially if you need to go through multiple tunings in one set and don't feel like bringing multiple guitars with different tunings or pausing for a minute to retune yourself. Press the button and go. Looks like the price on these just went back up. I snagged mine at AMS for $1650 which I would consider an incredible value. Overall excellent guitar for the money and a true player's LP.

    Deal come True
What is your opinion of this product?
Yeah many people hate the e-tune system. This guitar at this price is sick. The guitar is so nice and playable I forget the tuners are there. I actually don't mind letting it tune itself, saves me time. I held off on buying because of the tuners which works out because at $1600 this is a hell of a deal.

What is your opinion of this product?
This is an amazing guitar. From the moment I first plugged it into my amp and heard the classic Les Paul sound I was hooked! The quality of the finish and the feel of the neck were outstanding. The tone was just what I expected a true Gibson Les Paul sound that can't be duplicated. The guitar had a balanced feel and was a dream to play. It's versatile and a dream to play.

A normal Les Paul, no 2015 gimmicks (except G-Force)
What is your opinion of this product?
I was really turned off by the 2015 model lineup from Gibson. Besides the G-Force tuner, all those little touches for 2015 seemed like things that would seem cheesy years down the road. When you buy a Les Paul, you very well might have that guitar for life and the Les Paul signature on the headstock will seem dated in a few years. We've got the regular Les Paul logon on the headstock. We've got the binding on the ends of the frets. There is weight-relief, but mine weighs about 9.5 pounds, so it's no light-weight. The pickguard is screwed-in, not clipped on. And then with controls and sound, it's what a Les Paul should be. I really don't feel a need for phase switching and coil-splitting. My pickups seem to be really well setup right out of the box. They are balanced very well. So, if you are disappointed in the past few years of Les Pauls, this seems like a throwback to what most of us would like and at WAY less cost.

    Great Guitar, Great Price
What is your opinion of this product?
I was looking for another Les Paul, but even though I think Les Paul the Man was intelligent and I really respect what he accomplished, but I did not like the tribute on the Head Stock for the new Les Paul's.. So when they came out with this Traditional it worked out great. Not a big fan of the Tea Burst, Honey Burst is my Favorite this still finish wise is a beautiful guitar. But Play-ability is the important part and it does play fantastic. Sound as expected and the Neck size fits my hands perfect..Has everything I would expect from a Gibson..

    Now we're talking!
What is your opinion of this product?
So close to perfect! Gibson, please...enough with the G-Forced upon us tuners! We do NOT want them on our guitars! Why would someone who prefers an ABR bridge want fake electronics tuners? Please, we are begging you, make them go away! This will be a great guitar with a reasonable price, even after we put normal tuners on it an sell the G-Force on e-Bay like everyone else! Keep up the (mostly) great ideas for LP models!
