What is your opinion of this product?
I'm not too fond of the Boost on the pot, yet, but I haven't played it in a gig situation yet! I use a Volume/Swell pedal, for kicking up the lead on solos! The 9 volt battery box/carrier, on the control cavity plate is Different! I called Gibson, and the rep had to take a Futura in his hands, and figure it out! The Min-E-Tune works well. I don't use tunings much, perhaps an Open E for slide. Read! Read!! The manual. Download it from Gibson and Print it out! You will need it for Reference. The Robo-Tune does Many Things. SOME of 'em you don't want to get in to! If you accidently get into the wrong mode, the "Book" will allow [Tell} ya how to get back to square 1. BTW, I used to own a Guitar/Amp Music Store, Played all my life, Road and Local. I own 36 guitars, and Walls of Gear. I could set up the "Stones" at an Armory Concert!! If I need the Book, You do too. Perhaps the E-Tune System will be "Intuitively Obvious", to YOU, But---Then Perhaps not.

    great guitar for the money
What is your opinion of this product?
I bought one in blue 8 months ago from AMS. This guitar had great tone. I absolutely love the P90 in the neck. I was very unsure of how I'd feel about the Min-ETune, but after a little homework reading the instructions for the different features, I'm hooked. I play in a Warren Haynes open C tuning. I had to set up the blue bank on the Min-ETune to put that tuning on it and it was really easy. I highly recommend this guitar
