G&L

The G&L Tribute L2000™ bass guitar is outfitted with so many tonal possibilities, it’ll make your head spin.
In the last 25 years, G&L have perfected the art of building quality guitars and basses. G&L's hand crafted instruments offer unmatched quality in every area. The Tribute L2000 features 2 G&L Magnetic Field™ humbucking pickups and G&L Tri-Tone active/passive electronics. A 3-way mini-toggle pickup selector is provided to choose your pickup combination configuration along with a series/parallel mini-toggle and a preamp control mini-toggle for tons of variability. The hard rock maple neck combined with the alder body and G&L Saddle Lock™ bridge provides tons of sustain. An additional feature is the custom G&L Ultra-Lite tuning keys.

G&L Tribute Series
G&L’s founder, Leo Fender, spent the last decade of his life lavishing all the knowledge and wisdom he had acquired over the years on the creation of his beloved G&L instruments. He considered the G&L guitars and basses the masterpieces of his lifetime of creativity. Leo worked in his private laboratory at the G&L factory in Fullerton, California, until the very last day of his life and he would not have wanted it any other way. While G&L’s unique and highly desirable instruments continue to be meticulously crafted in the historic Fender Avenue factory, they are not accessible to many musicians.

G&L Tribute Series sets a dramatic new standard in the popular price range by bringing unique G&L features and standardized CNC quality together in a surprisingly affordable line of guitars and basses. With genuine original equipment G&L pickups and bridges supplied by the Fender Avenue factory, Tribute Series instruments are equipped with unmistakable tone, sustain and playability that surpasses more expensive instruments.

With unbeatable value and performance in a high quality instrument, once you play a G&L Tribute Series, you’ll never look back.

Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
For the cost of this bass quality is very good, I had an earlier one and it had a couple of minor issues that are not on this one, minor as in loose neck screws, and a cold solder joint but none of this issues on this one.
