| This a great guitar for the price and fast delivery - Dr.G |
| Quality |
| Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? |
| Looks very nice, different (isn't that what we guitar players want?) I have 2 complaints: battery installed at the factory was corroded (installed 5/12) and the end pin/jack connection was loose. |
|
| Reliability |
| How has it stood up over time? |
| Had it a couple of weeks and I still really like it. |
|
| Overall |
| Your general opinion of this product. |
| This is a fantastic guitar for the price. It has a thinner sound acoustically than my Martin but I really bought for the electric option that really works well. I used it an all electric jam and this guitar really held it's own. |
|
| Playability and Feel |
| How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? |
| Light, decent feel. The volume adn tone switches are small and difficult to find in a hurry. Body feedback was non-existent -that's nice. I did find a buzz at the 5th and 6th fret which I find to be very typical for guitars off the rack. I had no problem jamming in many venues of music with this guitar. |
|
| Tone |
| Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? |
| Pick ups in my Twin sound just fine. Tuner is accurate and the sound was as smooth as I wanted. |
|
| Finish |
| How did the stain or paint job look? |
| Overall finish was nice. One spot on the front on the cut out was a little of a bubble but not really noticable. Of course once I saw it, I see it all the time. |
|
| Action |
| How was the action out of the box? |
| Action out of the box is fine. Typical buzzing at the 5-7 frets. The strings on the guitar were decent. |
