Quality: Never had a problem with Hosa. Yea its a molded cable but so what.
Features: Allows you to clean up the wiring spaghetti in back of your rack.
Ease of Use: Truly plug and play
Value: Should cost less-especially for this short of a cable[1 foot]. The cost however is defrayed by less frustration when reconfiguring wiring or swapping out rack units.
