Ibanez AD9 Analog Delay Pedal

The Ibanez AD9 Analog Delay pedal brings back the warm ’80s analog delay you just can’t get with a digital pedal or processor. The AD9 provides 10 to 300ms of delay so you get everything from subtle delay effects to total whacked out chaos! Wet and Dry outputs provide stereo capabilities.

Subject:A little pricey but great delay without useless features
Quality: As far as I know this thing is dead nuts to the original pedals that were handing down to me from my older brother in the early 90s. I beat the crap out of my gear as a kid taking it everywhere and I still own functioning ibanez pedals from the 70-80s. Vintage gear is not magical or special in any way shape or form other than it being old. It's silly to assign power to objects because of age this thing side by side is every bit as good as my original.
Reliability: hands down these things are indestructible compared to most pedals on the market. My original was dropped down a set of stairs a few times taking things into the good old basement band practice days.
Overall: unless you're playing pink floyd and need super uber long delays that make huge sound scapes this thing nails just about everything you need it to. If you like a sharper delay stick with boss products. They also make top notch gear, I just prefer analog over most everything. The Mxr carbon copy is nice but theres only a few pedals that they make that are worth anything (phase 90-100 and flanger) I bought this one because my carbon copy broke after gigging with it for 1 month (10 shows).
Playability and Feel: Just like the original. warm analog delay.
Tone: warm solid decay with a hint of break up...
Finish: vintage looking
Action: top notch
