Playability and Feel
Tiger by the Tail, Great Looks!!!
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Not sure, only had this guitar for a few months. I do play all my guitars on a dailey basis. For the money not to shabby.
How has it stood up over time?
Well made, a high quailty guitar for the price.
Your general opinion of this product.
Stunning to look at, Nice unplugged, the neck and frets are unreal. Needs a little more bass.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Feels great on the frets but not as good as my Martin which cost four time as much. I use this guitar for songwriting and it works well for practice too!!
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The tone is bright, smooth, and high. Could use a little more bass. The pick-ups need a little improvement and the onboard tuner is not calibrated properly. Could use a pro set-up.
How did the stain or paint job look?
Unbelievable,Flamed Maple top, and the neck and fret board have pearl inlays similer to a Gibson.
How was the action out of the box?
Was almost perfect, I play a lot of lead so I lowered the strings just a little. But it played pretty good out of the box.
