Ibanez Artcore AG75 Hollow Body Electric Guitar

With the Ibanez AG75 Artcore Hollow Body Electric Guitars you get an amazingly affordable price plus the quality and tone you expect from Ibanez, the guitar company with over four decades of experience making full and semi acoustic guitars.
Most full and semi acoustics in the Artcore price range use cheaper to make, bolt on necks. Artcore guitars feature painstakingly crafted set in necks for fuller tone, more sustain and easier upper fret access. The AG75 features a hollow maple body; clean, ceramic humbuckers and large frets.

From Ibanez...
When Ibanez Artcore guitars debuted in summer 2002, they turned the music industry upside down. No longer were full and semi acoustic guitars just big expensive jazz boxes for jazz players—even some of our competitors bought them (no, we're not making this up). With Artcore guitars you get an amazingly affordable price plus the quality and tone you expect from Ibanez, the guitar company with over four decades of experience making full and semi acoustic guitars.

Subject:I don't own one, but what a great guitar.
Overall: I've played one exstensively, this guitar has the same or nearly the same tone as my $ 3000 Ibanez PM100, you know the Metheny Sigs. Action can be set low, the tone is woody and mellow, great for Jazz, and I love the size, too. The same size as the Ibanez George Bensons. Pickups are quiet and have plenty of range and power, for other styles. 22 frets expand the vocabulary for jazzers. I'm definately going buy one.

QUALITY:
The 10th fret has a small raised area, which is only a problem when bending at that fret, and is easily fixable. Otherwise, very nice guitar.

VALUE:
At this price, you cannot beat this guitar.

SOUND:
I can get some decent tones out of this guitar. It isn't great with heavy distortion, But I didn't expect it to be, so no big deal.
