Ibanez EW20QME Exotic Wood Cutaway Acoustic Electric GuitarThe Ibanez EW20QME NT make Sound and playability the two most important components in an instrument.
Very few will deny that a standout visual aspect enhances your performance. The appearance and sound of the unique Exotic Wood Series were designed for the player who is looking for a completely new and different voice. You won't find anything else quite like the EW guitars even among guitars that are much more expensive. In 2007, the EW family expands once more with new sonic and visual colors. The new, more compact member of Exotic Wood family, the EWC, features a body that's smaller in size and shallower in depth than the original EW's for increased comfort and acoustic projection.

Beautifully Crafted Instrument For The Right Price
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Like I said, I inspected this guitar very closely before I laid down my hard earned money and found no defects whatsoever. The finish and fit is beautiful and all abalone work, inserts, rosettes are beautiful.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Just got it so time will tell. I do play other Ibanez guitars and have a SZ520QM electric that is my go to guitar so I feel the build quality will last a long time.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I just purchased this guitar this past weekend and so far I am very impressed with Ibanez's exotic wood acoustic/electric series. I found no flaws after careful examination and it sounded great right from the get go.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The neck is smooth and I don't foesee any modifications coming. It plays smooth and there are no rough spots on the fretboard. Nice job here Ibanez
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
This is a really great sounding guitar whether plugged in or not. Unplugged it projuects very well with just the right amount of bottom end and plugged in, look out because it is a tone monster.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
All I can say is this instrument is Beautiful. The finish is outrageous. That's what turned me toward this guitar was it's stand out in a crowd looks.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
The action was good out of the box. I may lower it a bit but will wait and see how it breaks in before I do ay adjustments.
