Quality: So-so. It's a beginner guitar. you get what you pay for. Everything is cheap on it. I hope it will survive at least one tumble of the stand. BEWARE! Needs a fret job bad! The edges are as sharp as razors.
Reliability: The input jack is junk. I need to take it apart for my son to bend this cheap metal contact back in place every so often, otherwise the cord falls right out. The controls, pickups and switch work otherwise.
Overall: I bought this for my 9-year old son who was outgrowing his Mini-Strat. I chose this one because he wanted a white guitar and I figured another amp couldn't hurt. I expected low-end but this is lame. The amp doesn't even work. DOA. I doubt it's worth getting fixed because the shipping costs will be more than the cost of a new amp. I should've bought another Fender guitar for him.
Playability and Feel: Get out the bandaids. I had to file the frets edges because they were so sharp. I can't believe this thing passed quality control.
Tone: eh. Good enough for kids.
Finish: I bought the white model. The finish scratches very easily and was cracked about an inch at the neck joint. Within about an hour of playing, the painted had started to yellow in some small places where your hands or arms would rub. I had to convince my son the "worn" look was cool. Which it is.
Action: It frets-out above the 12th fret.

Quality: This is a great guitar, the neck is so smooth it allows me to work with speed up and down the whole fretboard.
Reliability: I just got it, and its been holding up great on stage.
Overall: this is one heck of a guitar, I am so pleased that I got it.
Playability and Feel: I love the way it feels, the playability and versatility is great. I can go from Hard and raunchy to soft and mellow with the flip of a switch.
Tone: very clean without distortion on positions 1-5, I can go from jazz to punk so quickly, the dual pickup on the bottom just added that fat sound which I adore.
Finish: I love the color Blue and Black, and it's a "Jewel Blue" which was more than i imagined, because it is a perfect combination of the two
Action: it was awesome, from the second i opened it, i just couldn't seem to put it down.

Subject:Great value! Everything you need and more!
Quality: The quality seems very high and it is well made. The accessories included make it a great bargain. My only complaint is the cord that came with it was kinda cheap and will short out because it's a tad loose in the guitar jack. I recommend having a backup cord if you don't have one already.
Reliability: I've only had it about a month and a half, but play it every day and it stands up well.
Overall: For the money spent, this is an incredible bargain (which is why I keep returning to the Ibanez name). Everything works well and sounds great. It's a nice package for beginners. I wish this kind of deal had been around back when I started playing guitar!
Playability and Feel: The playability was better than I expected. This thing plays like a much more expensive electric guitar.
Tone: The tone is wonderful, and covers the whole range of moods, depending on which pickups you use and your amp settings. And speaking of the amp, it rocks! Awesome sound! The gain setting gives it nice 'crunchy' sound.
Finish: The finish is beautiful (I got the jewel blue). I looked all around the instrument for poor fit/finish, but couldn't find any. It's well made and looks perfect.
Action: Nice smooth action. The frets had just a minor bit of drag on them at first from milling marks (barely noticeable), but after playing it a couple of weeks that went away, especially when using Fast Fret on the strings & frets.
