Its lightweight aerofoil shaped basswood body provides comfort, upper-fret access and expressive singing tones. A unique high-pass filter on the volume pots maintains highs at low volumes. The combination of a 25.5-inch neck scale and DiMarzio (PAF Pro and Fred) pickups provides wide dynamic range and versatility. Also, prepare to be amazed with the pickups on this guitar: the tone pot has a push/pull feature that splits the humbuckers, offering up 3-humbucker and 3 single-coil sounds.

| WOW... first off, when I purchased this guitar there were several factors in leading to me choosing it. It was important to me to have a guitar with a fast neck.. that was easy to play, felt good on the hands and had a comfortable natural feel. I wanted a guitar with a great sound, incredible tone, and amazing sustain. Finally I wanted a guitar with a great bridge system that maintains tune while being worked on the tremolo end. Other reviews led me to purchasing this guitar.. and i have to say

| Out of the box, the action was a bit higher than I like. But what is important for any review reader to realize is that action out of the box shouldn't be a huge factor of whether or not to buy (since simple adustments can lower it). What matters is this : after a slight adjustment the action on this guitar is insane. The action is rediculously low with now fret buzz at all.
