It's UGLY, but the pick ups are HOT and tone variations are decent with justa 3 way toggle.
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Well made. finish is good, BUT this is an UGLY guitar. BUT price is great and a refinish is comin on mine.Decent neck. Pick ups are good for heavy shit and sustain is very good. Action a wee bit high, I'l fix that. Overall, a very good deal for sale price.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Too early
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I really like it. Great sound and good tone variation. Stays tuned well, even with max whamming.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
it's fast enuf. Neck is above average, not like a prestige, but good. Feels light. BUT I think this guitar with the co installed pickups has a ton of heavy potential. Good sustain and decent harmonics
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Pickups are HOT. Cut tone knob back half way and it gets mellow
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
It's well done, BUT IT IS UGLY! I felt it was a great price; 899 for a guitar that's a 1300-1500 value.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Decent out of the box. A wee bit high, but not bad
