Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
This one looks good and I think if it was looked at better it would have never made it passed quality control people. It was scratched up and also the lid was offset a bit and it made it hard to close.

I will use it but I may not travel with it.

I am sure if it was in good condition I would have rated it higher. I will say the inside was awesome nice and the compartments are really good and I liked the way it fit my Ibanez. I will never prolly buy from Musical Supply again though.

How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Hard to close the lid without some real effort.
