just got it so too soon to tell

Your general opinion of this product.
Good, but be aware, you will recieve this guitar with the Edge III bridge unleess your serial number stars with 1111 or 1011 or later. IT was explained to me that the Edge Zero II bridge wasn't made available until November 2011, so any guitar in stock at American Musical or any other supplier that has the older stock will be equiped with the Edge III. you have been warned.

The neck is smooth, once you have the action set to your liking, this thing is a true shred machine.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The stock pickups were not bad, just a bit muddy for my liking.

How did the stain or paint job look?
Paint job was good out of the box. No dents, nor scratches.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Action was a tad bit high out of the box, i lowered it to my liking and haven't had problems.
