The Ibanez RG350MDX sets it sights on all you Metalheads...
With the RG350MDX, the edgy, cutting tone of a maple fingerboard returns to the pantheon of RG guitars. This one is built for speed and full, raging tone, with a Wizard II neck, a basswood body, and Ibanez INF pickups (2 humbuckers and a single coil). Other features include a mahogany body, jumbo frets and an incredible Ibanez Edge III tremolo bridge.

A few words about Ibanez…
Without a doubt Ibanez is one of the world’s foremost guitar manufacturers. The Modern Era of Ibanez guitars began in 1957 and since then they have enjoyed incredible success. They continue to experiment with edgy designs and finishes but have never lost track of their roots. Their amazing Artcore line of hollowbodies are some of the most sought after guitars in the world and their RG line is a must have for rock and metal fans alike. And don’t discount their bass guitars, cherished by musicians the world over. This is a company that can do it all. Straight ahead rock models, elegant hollow bodies and everything in between. They even have a nice line of pedals and accessories that pros and amateurs have grown to love. Find out for yourself why some performers won’t play anything else but Ibanez.

Subject:no better deal than this!!!
Quality: very beautiful instrument.light compared to other guitars i have. i've had it for about 7 months and it stills sounds the same, no damage so far so i would say very dependable.
Reliability: like i said i've had it for about 7 months and it's still in very good condition. people would probably think it's new. it's been with me for about 40 or 45 gigs and no scratches. just follow the care instructions in the manual and you should be ok.
Overall: a very good guitar for the price. you can't find a better guitar for under $400. extremly good deal if your on a tight buget.
Playability and Feel: like i siad light compared to my other guitas. very fast neck nice and thin and you could really get into the higher frets. easy to play and it has jumbo frets to make it more playable. the switcher and volume knob can get in the way when im sweepin' or sweep picking for those who don't understand, but other than that awesome playability.
Tone: the neck pick up is very heavy with overdrive and the middle pick up sounds somewhat like a fender strat and the bridge pick up has nice highs for those of you who like to solo. i usally play in position two witch is the neck and middle. sound very good for my metal riffs and i use the middle to harminize (or however you spell it)
Finish: the black finsh is b-e-a-utiful on the guitar and with the maple neck and fret board is a great combo
Action: the factory setup was ok just had to fix the intonation a bit and the tuning was off a little bit but nothing to bad
Skill Level: Semi-Pro
