Quality: Its built from a hard ABS plastic and cables are a medium gauge. I've owned the StealthPlug for about 3 years and it still works the same as the day I bought it. Unfortunately, the sound quality isn't that great. It clips easily and there is a lot of white noise at all times. I use Sennheiser 280 headphones which are fantastic recording phones, doesnt matter. If you are looking for a low noise recording device buy something else. Features: Pretty basic device. USB on one end and 1/4in to the guitar on the other. There is an 1/8in headphone input and a digital push button volume control. The included software is very basic and allows you to play and record. If I could change one thing I would add an analog audio out to run directly to speakers instead of just the headphone jack. Running a stereo 1/8in cable the StealthPlug to your sound card does NOT work. Ease of Use: Install drivers/software and plug it in. Even though its not stated in the Specs, there are drivers available for Windows 7 32bit & 64bit. Value: There are others out there that basically do the same thing for less money. When I bought this it was the only thing like it and a little pricy. For it being compact and easy to use, I feel its a decent device for basic practice. Do not expect to record your double platinum album with this thing. Appearance: Yup I see it.
