JCA48S Cabinet
This is the same design as Soldano’s signature 4x12, and Jet City loaded it with Jet City Custom Eminence Drivers and added switchable mono/stereo operation. JCA20H sounds big and mean when it moves a lot of air through this cabinet, but pair it with JCA100H and really experience what a high-gain half stack can do.

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
I consider the head and the amp extremely well made. Solidly constructed. Amazing clean and distorted tone. From mild overdrive to screaming distortion.

How has it stood up over time?
I've only had the half stack for a few months, however as well as this amp is made I foresee no problems whatsoever with only a little bit of care.

Your general opinion of this product.
I have every intention of using this amp for gigs and shows for years. I use it for hard rock and blues. Personally I tried many amps of similar quality and could find absolutely non better for the price.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The controls are very easy to use. Overdrive and clean. If you want tons of built in effects in your amp then this is not for you. I wanted a great distortion and a great clean tone and in this amp; I got it.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Like I said above, fantastic Soldano distortion and a clean tone worthy of jazz or blues. The Eminence Legend speakers in the JCA 48s cab make it even a better value.

How did the stain or paint job look?
The head and cab looked better than the picture on the site.
