The Jet City JCA2212C Tube Guitar Amplifier Combo is the complete package, with two foot-switchable channels and crazy tube tone that ranges from clean and jangly, to full-on Soldano high gain. The JCA2212C is the combo version of the Jet City JCA22H.
Easy-access speaker connectors on the rear panel allow the Jet City JCA2212C to drive external cabinets either with or without the internal Jet City Eminence Custom driver. Stacked on an additional JCA12S, the speaker volume doubles and the added height brings the controls to arm's length in a small club.

| Seems well made, got this to run in stereo w/my Carvin Vintage 16/5, thought it would be a tiny bit bigger, but surprise! It dwarfs the Carvin...but I have no problem with that! The high gain channel is excellent, it's the reason I chose this over the single channel combo. The crunch channel can do cleans up to medium volume, or great crunchy rhythm at any volume. The presence knob is essential for dialing in the EQ precisely to get the best distorted sound. |

| I use humbuckers, and with all EQ knobs straight up it's fairly bright. It is capable of serious nasally mids, and does darker tones with the highs rolled back too. Very effective tone stack. I crank the bass, and adjust the top end for whatever guitar I'm using. Usually B:8-9 M:4-5 T:5-6 P:6-7. (Knob numbers, not clock position) The settings are for semi-loud bedroom level, haven't really cranked it yet, except to check out the clean tone capability. It's making me smile so far! |
