| Subject: | KRK is the bees knees! |
| Quality:
| Extremely well made and very durable. |
| Features:
| I think the size is probably it's best feature. I didn't have a lot of room on my mixing desk yet these filled the bill nicely. Good job KRK. |
| Ease of Use:
| It's a speaker...How hard can it be. Plug in and get ready to be blown away. Don't let the size fool you. |
| Sound:
| Faithful at every frequency. Regardlees if I'm mixing country, contemporary christian, rock, R&B, pop, or jazz they are spot on. I can't imagine mixing with anything else. |
| Reliability:
| I've only had them a few months but I think these babies are going to last a long time. |
| Overall:
| These ROCK! Nice tight bass and a gleaming high end. I really feel these do a great job at faithfully reproducing my mixes. For this price you won't find anything close. I promise. |

| Subject: | Great studio monitors |
| Quality:
| Very well made...sturdy and durable. Extremely dependable. I haven't taken them on the road...but then, they're not designed for that. I set them, and forget them...which is as it should be for a pair of quality studio monitors. |
| Features:
| Bass response is amazing considering their diminutive size. |
| Ease of Use:
| I had no problem setting these up. They work without a hitch. |
| Sound:
| Excellent. |
| Reliability:
| Very well. I turn them on, they work. No hum, no hiss, no color...just pure, clear sound. |
| Overall:
| I needed a pair of studio monitors that would give me a "true" stereo image without any "color", and these have performed admirably. I mastered my last CD using these vs my older monitors (a pair of Behringer Truth 2031A's), and the results were nothing less than stellar. |

| Subject: | Simply mindblowing for their size (when they work) |
| Quality:
| Within a week the woofer on one of the monitors went silent. Not blown, just dead. Bad wiring? Either way, AMS got me another one pronto and no problems. Oh, except that they very quietly pick up radio signals no matter what cabling I use. I've read some forums online and it seems to be a common problem with these speakers not being shielded enough. A little tin foil around the back helps a lot. |
| Features:
| They have a ground lift switch, but it does nothing to help with the radio signals. Sigh. The limiter (with defeat) switch is a nice option to make sure you never blow them. |
| Ease of Use:
| Easy. Use balanced cables and turn them on! Unless you pick up radio signals, then you have to mess with tin foil. |
| Sound:
| Incredible! I spent hours one day in large monitor room (in a big music store in hollywood) testing music on different monitors and I kept coming back to these. I just can't believe how balanced across the spectrum these tiny speakers are. The bass in unbelievable for a 4" woofer. Super clean. I actually think they are better to mix on than their larger counterparts. Simple and accurate. And for the price, I cannot recommend them highly enough. |
| Reliability:
| First week one woofer goes dead. Probably a fluke. The replacement is fine. Been a few weeks now. |
| Overall:
| For the size/price range, I wouldn't want anything else. Perfect little monitors that are a pleasure to work with. Just wish they were shielded better. |
