The Luna High Tide Tenor Acoustic Electric Ukulele takes its inspiration from the full moon at the first fret which causes the abalone wave fret markers below it to rise as they make their way up the fingerboard towards the moon's pull. The satin-finished ovangkol body projects with great volume and a rich tone with lots of mids and bass while maintaining clarity. Other features include a nato/mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, maple binding, an on-board preamp, and abalone inlays and rosette.

Very nice instrument. Right from the box, I tuned it and it's stayed in tune. Sure a little tweaking here and there, but usually it's right on. Good priojection. Nice finish
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It plays and feel good in my hands. The cut aay is a nice touch to allow t play up the neck.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Very good tone. The wood allows it to breath and project very nice. The birghtness depends on where ot not you use a pick, fingernails or thumb/flesh to play it. All sounds nice.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The finish is superb. Not blemishes. Just a fine looking instrument

How was the action out of the box?
Out of the box, the action is nice. I have not had to tweak it.
