The Marshall MB150 Bass Combo Amplifier packs a pretty hefty punch on stage or in the studio.
The powerful MB150 possesses several of the features that were found in Marshall’s critically acclaimed Dynamic Bass System (DBS). Features such as blendable valve and solid-state pre-amp stages, strong and effective primary rotary EQ network with a 7 band Graphic EQ allows for detailed fine tuning of your tone.
The Blend control on the MB150 on the pre-amp stage allows you to select a number of different options. Choose from the percussive immediacy of a totally solid-state circuit or the extra warmth and softer feel of a valve-driven (1xECC83) signal path and anywhere in between.
The amp’s Bass and Treble rotary EQ is enhanced by extra deep and bright switches which when combined with the 7 band Graphic EQ section, adds further to the incredible tonal flexibility. The MB150 also boasts Soft Knee compression, Marshall’s SLS Limiter technology and a Series FX Loop. And don’t forget about an XLR DI Output with an Earth Lift Switch and you have a very impressive 1x15 inch combo amplifier.
