The Martin D15M acoustic guitar is the most affordable solid wood guitar of the D15 series plus it is the most visually distinctive and innovative.  Martin has the long recognized the excellent tonal qualities of mahogany – bright, clear trebles and a warm mid-range.  Additional features include herringbone rosette, rich satin finish, patented neck mortise and A-frame X bracing for enhanced tone.

I just bought it, but I have no concerns about a Martin. They stand the test of time, and if there ever is a problem, Martin always makes it right.

This is a fantastic made in the U.S.A. Martin. It is plain looking, but some folks, including me, love that. Great guitar!

Playability is great. Smooth neck. No issues.

This guitar has a dryer sounding tone than my rosewood guitars, that is why I purchased it.

Finish is plain, but perfect.
