Martin OMC16OGTE Acoustic Electric Guitar; A Martin and Roland collaboration.
The OMC16OGTE features a solid sitka spruce top, ovangkol sides and a 3-piece back with solid ovangkol wings and an east Indian rosewood center wedge. Ovangkol is an incredible tonewood full with beauty and tone. The OMC16OGTE is a small bodied Orchestra guitar featuring a rounded Venetian cutaway giving access to the upper frets, polished gloss tops and satin finished back and sides.

Well, it's new... But I have a few Martins dating back to 1965 and they are built to last!!!

Not to bright, but warm. You don't want a screaming bright acoustic it's annoying live and on tape.

Great Beautiful sounding guitar

It's a Martin, but I've had the product for about 4 years and already had to get the neck refinished because the satin finish started wearing off, and the finish became... bubbly? not sure how to describe it... but it became rough and sticky...

Sound:

Tone is great! full sound with rich highs, bass is not as deep as a jumbo or a dread but that's expected from a small body concert size.

Reliability:

needed the neck refinished and the electronics reseated because the guitar started giving unbalanced tone on the strings when plugged in. I do have to mention that this was after 3 years of constant giggin 2-3 times per week.

Overall:

Great product, not too happy on the durability part of it though.

Playability and Feel:

This guitar is fast (except when the satin finish becomes sticky feel with the years), the Roland electronics are very nice.

Tone:

the tone is very rich and warm, the highs and lows balance perfectly, this has a trademark martin sound if you know what I mean.

Finish:

The semi gloss on the top was very good, the satin finish on the other hand was not as good as I expected.

Action:

action was perfect out of the box, very light no stress whatsoever on the fingers
