General
Your general opinion of this product.
Now I see why Martin guitars are so desirable. This is my first Martin and I could not be more pleased. It is a beautiful sounding guitar, lightweight, easy to play, and looks great. I played a Takamine for years before purchasing this guitar, and I was in love the first time that I played it.
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
This guitar is extremely well made. It stays in tune very well and the craftsmanship is excellent. I have had this guitar for almost 1 year now and it keeps getting better and better each time that I play it.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
This guitar is very light and you can play it for hours. The neck is smooth and easy to navigate.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
I put Elixir strings on this guitar which give it a bright tone. It sounds great played by itself, and plugged in it really shines.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
It was ready to go right out of the box. The only thing I did was changed the strings.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Finish was perfect. Not a single flaw.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Like I stated earlier, I had had this guitar almost 1 year now and it keeps getting better with each passing day. I love it.
