Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Quality is top notch. What do you expect, it's a Martin.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Not sure yet, I just got it a few weeks ago.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I played a lot of Martin's that were a lot higher priced, but decided on the SWDGT, because it just sounded better than all the rest. This is definately a "hidden gem," in the Martin family.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Feels outstaning in your hands. The neck is thin, which is perfect for players with smaller hands.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Tone is "Big." A good amount of bass, but not too much. Highs and mids sound fantastic.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Finish is very nice.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Action was perfect right out of the box.
