Subject:What Were They Thinking???
Quality: Heavy as a tank, keys were sharp, I had to file the edges with an emery board so it wouldn't cut me as I ran my fingers up the board. Had a cheesy feel to it, overall.
Features: Best feature was the faders for the layering and dual voice. I liked that. This would definitely need a better EQ, the two pots just don't do it.
Ease of Use: Very easy to use, the controls were very simple.
Sound: Here is my reason for returning this product. In a word, the sound sucks. Bad. How can they ebven call this a 'Grand Piano'? Sounds more like a rubber band on a tin can. I tried 5 different amps, stereo set up, EQ, you name it. I just couldn't get it to sound like a piano. Not even close. This is how I make my living, and built a reputation over 41 years of playing. This does not sound like a piano. Period.
Action: Rough. Keys were stiff, and resistant. Hard to get any good response from them at all. In a nutshell, terrible.
Value: Not a good value if you won't use it. I love American Music and purchase a ton of gear from them, so its not a reflection on them at all. This product is bad. In fact it is the only thing I ever returned to any music dealer. I usually find a use for just about everything...except this. What were they thinking? This is simply bad.

Sound:
Subject:Nice board for under $1000
Quality: This thing weighs a ton. It is very very sturdy and well made. I have just gotten it and have not taken it out of the house yet, but do not see any reason to worry.
Features: Midi, USB, all very handy. Keys feel very close to acoustic piano.
Ease of Use: Seems to be kind of cut-n-dry. Will have to get used to layering and stuff. I really just wanted a good piano, the rest is extras that I may not ever need.
Sound: Very nice sound on grand piano. The organ and strings are nice too. The Electric piano has that Rhodes feel to it. The piano 1 and piano 2 aren't super, but are passible.
Action: Great.
Value: Yes, all the way yes!
