Subject:Does what it needs to do, cheaply.
Quality: Good budget stand, had no issues with it. I use it to mic my guitar amp and for vocals on occasion. Only issues are minor with the stability of the rather small footprint, but this also makes it easy to fit in behind my amp so it works for me. Also the cheap plastic clamp that holds the mic bends a little to easy if you use a heavy mic, but has caused no real problems with my SM57. Overall good stand, if I ever need another, I'll look for this one again. Probably wouldn't if I needed something to stand up to lots of abuse tough. I'm pretty easy on it since it never leaves the house.
Features: Its got what it needs to be a good stand, feet and a clamp. Good extension with the boom and really good range of motion. I can put my mic anywhere i please with no trouble at all. We used to use these stands a lot when I was in a jazz group, worked fantastically for everything, you could mic anything from a xylophone to a saxophone with a boom stand.
Ease of Use: Pretty simple to figure out, righty tighty lefty loosy and all that... anyone with any basic musical background has probably used one of these.
Sound: Sounds like a mic stand. Very quiet, lol.

Subject:Can't be beat for the price
Quality: It's not the heaviest duty stand on the planet, but I'm definitely impressed with the quality at this price. This stand has held up well for me. It's fairly heavy duty as well. I expected it to be weak, but it's very strong and sturdy.
Features: Plenty of adjustments. You can make it work for you no matter what your style is.
Ease of Use: Very easy to use. No learning curve, just set it up, pop in your mic and start singing.
