good idea but not rugged

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Not dependable after 5-10 uses. Mine is falling apart. Have a gig tonight - bag can still be closed but won't roll. Fortunately I only have to load in directly to the stage less than 50 feet from car.

This product is great in terms of features it holds everything I have in hardware, including stick bag, mic, mic stand, real book, reading light, fan, throne, etc. The pockets are generously sized, frame on bottom has 2 metal pipes for rigidity and are covered with material. The handle is well padded.
