Quality: Looks a little cheap and wasn't high enough to reach over my rack case. Had to return it.
Features: Extends up and down with a lot of fuss.
Ease of Use: Not easy to adjust and plastic clips keep falling off.
Value: Ok price, but didn't work for my needs.
Appearance: Not great.
