The core is a telescoping vertical shaft and an extra-long telescoping boom with a solid steel counterweight. Added to the end of the boom is a Posi-Lok mini-boom arm. The Vertical shaft on the SB96 adjusts from 45-76 inches, and locks securely with a friction locking knob. This On Stage microphone stand offers a removable 7 inch arm extension with Posi-lok clutch to adjust microphone to any position.
