Behringer C2 Instrument Condenser Microphones
The Behringer C2 professional condenser microphones are designed for studio recording and live applications. The C2 mics have all the big-time features packed in an extremely compact form factor. They are sold as a matched pair - perfect for stereophonic recording - for a price you wouldn’t even consider it bought you a single one. The C2s utilize a low-mass diaphragm for ultra-wide frequency response and ultimate sound reproduction and their inconspicuous size makes them perfect for acoustic instruments, overhead applications, pianos and similar.
The cardioid pickup pattern effectively eliminates feedback, plus there is switchable low frequency roll-off and -10 dB input attenuation. Ultra low-noise transformerless FET input eliminates low-frequency distortion, while a gold-plated 3-pin XLR connector assures the highest signal integrity.
Custom microphone stand adapters, windscreens, stereo-bar and transport case are all included, making these condenser microphones ready for action straight out of the box! If super-compact size is paramount but you don’t want to compromise on the performance, then a pair of C2s is the answer.

QUALITY: High quality all the way! Should last a good long time.
FEATURES: Ease of use is it's best feature, but it is just a mic. stereo mic bar, windscreens and plastic
padded case are also a plus for this item
EASE OF USE: Plug 'em in, turn on the phantom and go!
VALUE: I have always been sold on Behringer, anything Behringer. They make it easy on the pocket book with quality as good as any body. These mics made by any other company would easily go for twice the price. Trust me, if you are starting out or even for old veterans like me that have been in music 35+ years you can't go wrong with these. Plus AMS always looks out for our pocket books too!

QUALITY: I've become accustomed to Behringers quality, regardless of what other people think or say, I've had great luck, have a lot of their gear for studio and live gigs.
FEATURES: Price... and I've used these as drum overheads, and for acoustic guitar and vocals, I think they sound great. I am looking forward to experimenting with them more.
VALUE: How could it not be. Amazing to get 2 really good mics for this price, let alone the stereo bar and all the extras that come with it. Nice solid little mics.
SOUND: Very clear sound. I ran these straight into my Ramsa board, into Aardvark cards, and the sound is clear, present and well rounded sound.
STYLE: Rock, country, bluegrass, fusion, acoustic
MUSIC EXPERIENCE: A zillion years in bands, guitar, vocals, keys... and studio
OVERALL: Love the whole package. I plan to buy at least 2 more of these, maybe more. Great | |

QUALITY: How do they do it for $60 bucks?
FEATURES: Made of metal, low cut roll off switch, -10db pad. Comes with case, stereo stand adapter, 2 pop guards. Full freq response FOR $60 BUCKS!!!
EASE OF USE: Plug in and go...
VALUE: This is by far the best value in the music industry. They make great mics for cheap. I have mics that cost hundreds more, and these will keep right up with them.
SOUND: I have used these for drums, overheads, bass cabs, guitar cabs, and even vocals. They can do it all, and if you spend some pre/post prep time you will get great results.. If using for vocals back off about 12 inches or you will overload the preamp... |
