Blue Microphones

The Blue Mics Snowball USB Microphone is the world’s first professional USB mic!
The Snowball finally provides you with a USB mic that’s not only easy to use, but sounds as good on your desktop as it does in a professional recording studio. Whether you’re recording a guitar at your kitchen table or a complete band in the studio, the Snowball can capture it with detail unheard of before in a USB mic.

The Snowball is a direct plug n’ play mic that connects to either a Mac or PC – no additional software is needed. Check it out and you’ll see why it’s the coolest mic in town.

Great quality Product!
Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
This thing has a little weight to it! Not just a little piece of plastic with a small microphone inside.
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
I love love love the omnidirectional choices you get with this thing, you can record anything in almost any setting.
Ease of Use
How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be?
What could be harder than plug and play? Oh thats right... NOTHING!
Sound
How is the tone?
This is not a multi-million dollar mic obviously so don't expect your playback to be flawless.. BUT! This thing rocks! I play in a loud rock band and we really needed something to record our sessions with little effort and this guy came through! I was a little worried that this unit wouldn't be able to pick the low end (bass guitar) on our recordings without flubbing out.. Well after our first recording it more than put my mind at ease and reassured me that I made a wise purchase! Its really clear even without running our gear through a mixer. We just dialed in and went!
