Numark CDX DJ Turntable CD PlayerThe Numark CDX DJ CD Player doesn't merely emulate a turntable - mechanically, it IS a turntable!
Its ultra-high torque motorized 12-inch platter holds a real vinyl record for the ultimate in feel. Styled after the flagship TTX, the CDX features a 5.0 kgf/cm torque direct drive motor, aluminum platter, dual battle-style controls, and forward/reverse toggle. It also has a superior VFD display, slot-load CD transport, and extensive DSP functionality. The CDX has several modes for scratching and looping, including auto beat matching and effortless Smart Looping. Other features include extensive cue store/recall with multiple sets for each CD; beat-synched digital FX, including sonar, slide, filter, echo, & chop; and control wheel effects manipulation. The CDX offers a pitch slider programmable up to ±100% pitch control, as well as a high-quality, 100% Key Lock.

QUALITY:
Man this thing is built like a tank. Just lifting it an experience. It probably weighs around ten pounds.
FEATURES:
The best feature about this table is that it has the feel of a real turntable. I mean once you start Djing and getting a few drinks in ya, you'll totally be thinking that you have to take the record off to put on a next one.
EASE OF USE:
Instructions are very helpful. Make this easy to use with no hard spots.
VALUE:
Some places I see that they mark this player at almost it's retail and some give you a hell of a sale.
SOUND:
Man this is where this player real shines to me. The sound is absolutely crystal clear, even an audiophile would appreciate this deck for it's sound alone. Not to mention that he would have fun with scratching his Beatles, New Age, or classical music CDs. But that's just my opinion.

There are a lot of things you can do with it, but you really don't need all of that. It has the same response has a normal Turntable. Rated a 5

Well, if you just using the vinyl part it is easy, how ever figuring all the other little effects it is a little confusing.Rated a 3

QUALITY:
this product is made VERY CHEAP !!! Although it looks good if you're a live performing dj , BUT ..... You'll never make it through 3 or 4 hours of dj'ing with this. (just tellin it like it is. -from my experience)

QUALITY:
This CD Turntable is like no other, i was very impressed by the natural 1200 turntable feel. i have been using it faithfully in studios in live gigs for the past 7 months and it has been very reliable, and i hope it proves to stand the test of time.
FEATURES:
I gave the features a 4. The features and loop points are tight are super tight dont get me wrong but, I would have wanted a few more cue and loop points or as numark say stutter points but all in all its good. The effects are tight. I think it should have a memory slot for song and loop storage and sample, and or a hard drive but thats just me.
EASE OF USE:
Very easy to use, its almost plug and play. it took a day to realize that this is a CD player and not a traditional Turn Table. thats how real it feels. br>
VALUE:
I give the value of the CDX a 5. Worth every penny I invested. Compared to other quality CD players it is definitly the best buy for you |
