With the same compact size as the original Tiny Terror, the Orange Terror Bass is a 500 watt hybrid amplifier head with a Class D solid state power section and same the preamp as Orange's all-tube AD200B UK bass amp. This preamp features two 12AX7 tubes which will warm up the tone nicely and give creamy overdrive or grind when really pushed.
The rugged construction of the Orange Terror Bass amp head and the inclusion of a padded gig bag makes this a gigging bassists dream. It's easy to get wore out before the gig even starts when you're lugging around a massive bass rig. The Terror Bass 500 head weighs only 11 pounds so you will still have the energy to rock! The 3 band EQ and gain knob gives you a great amount of tone shaping capabilities. Other features include an Active/Passive input switch, effects loop, balanced XLR output, and speakon outputs.
